Tables and Chairs

Our farm tables and Tolix chairs (we are the only company in northern Michigan that carries these chairs!) are available as well as antique/vintage, elegant, rustic, beach/nautical, natural, bohemian and modern furniture choices.

Customization Options
​
Heart will also handcraft table numbers, wine boxes, arbors and arches, signs and other wooden, acrylic and metal goods just for you!
DECORÂ RENTALS- "GRAB AND GO"
At Heart Wedding Decor we offer many one-of-a-kind items to perfectly complement your vision. Furniture, lanterns, votive holders, linens, chargers, vases, doughnut (donut) walls and other specialty pieces are here to help your ideas come to life.

Start with our catalog if you are the couple who is looking to rent decor pieces only, and will be managing the pick up, set up, tear down and return of the items.
Rental minimum is $150 and pick up time is the Thursday before the event between 1 pm and 4 pm and drop off time is Monday from 1 pm and 5 pm.
Please note: our heavy items such as furniture are only available for delivery by Heart Wedding Decor staff.
ALL renters must have a credit card on file before rental takes place.

From Consultation to Execution

Do you know exactly what you need to rent and what goes where? With this option, we help you bring your vision to life. We will follow your plans and how you want everything to look. We will provide the items you need to get there.

With this level of service, we will conduct a free initial consultation*. Here we will discuss your style and/or vibe (if you've chosen one) and what your vision is for how you want the day to look and feel.
​
$300 rental item minimum
*Depending on the scale of your needs, up to 20 hours of planning time with a lead designer is included
Cost for set up/tear down and delivery varies based on travel and final rental cost
Our design services can help create an atmosphere of comfort and inclusion for your family and friends on your wedding day! We know how important the guest experience is for our couples.

COMPLETE DESIGN SERVICES
"Consider It Done"
THIS PACKAGE IS FOR THE COUPLE THAT WANTS THEIR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION DECOR COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE OF.

IT ALL BEGINS WITH A COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL CONSULTATION. PLAN FOR AT MINIMUM ONE HOUR TO DISCUSS HOW YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING TO LOOK AND FEEL. DO YOU HAVE A CERTAIN STYLE? A PARTICULAR VIBE YOU'RE GOING FOR? OH, YOU WANT ME TO COME TO COME UP WITH ALL OF IT? OKAY, I CAN DO THAT TOO.

ONCE A COUPLE DECIDES THEY WOULD LIKE HEART TO PROVIDE RENTAL DECOR AND FULL DESIGN, AN INITIAL QUOTE IS FORMULATED AND THE BOOKING FEE IS TAKEN CARE OF.
WHAT FULL SERVICE MEANS:
- COMPLETE CUSTOMIZATION: HOW YOUR PERSONAL WEDDING PACKAGE WILL LOOK (NO COOKIE CUTTER WEDDINGS!)
- UP TO 40 HOURS OF PLANNING/DISCUSSIONS/EMAILS/TEXTS, ETC.
- INVESTIGATION INTO PROCURING OUT-OF-STOCK RENTAL ITEMS OR ITEMS WE DO NOT CARRY BUT HAVE TO PURCHASE, OR FOR THOSE ITEMS THAT WE HAVE HANDMADE, IF APPLICABLE
- FURTHER PRICING, SET UP AND TEAR DOWN AND DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE DISCUSSED IN DEPTH ONCE A BIGGER PICTURE COMES CLEAR. A SECONDARY PROPOSAL CAN THEN BE INITIATED. (THREE PROPOSALS IS TYPICALLY THE SWEET SPOT)
- AT LEAST ONE VENUE VISIT WITH THE COUPLE OR AT MINIMUM, THE VENUE MANAGER, IF A DESTINATION WEDDING
- ADDITIONAL CONSULTATIONS BEYOND THE INITIAL AND THE VENUE VISIT ARE BILLED AT $100/HOUR
