One noticeable trend I am seeing a lot more of is the use of eco-friendly and sustainable decor, and that means rather than buying all new, rent your accent decorations such as faux floral, LED candles and centerpieces! We rent reusable faux floral, greenery and dried arrangements. Our linen napkins, runners and natural chargers, such as rattan and water hyacinth, are a great eco-option. We also carry wood, ceramic, tile and other natural elements for things such as table numbers and candle holders.
One trend to consider is the use of vintage, vintage-style and antique decor pieces to add a touch of nostalgia and uniqueness to weddings, and enhancing the overall wedding experience for you and your guests. We rent vintage gold candlesticks, furniture, glassware and more. Your older guests will notice, trust!
Our next trend: unique furniture and seating options for ceremony, sweetheart, head and guest tables. Unique furniture and seating options can truly elevate the ambiance of your wedding. They offer a creative way to express your personality and style. For example, our loveseats are the most common request for sweetheart table seating and our wood garden chairs are the most popular for head and guest table seats.

According to Pinterest, and in my own design experiences with couples, that 70s style is still here to stay! I absolutely love these styles of weddings! Disco balls anyone?
For this style wedding, couples are choosing warm colors like burnt orange, copper and mustard yellow. They are also renting arch shaped backdrops (either wood or gold metal. Our wood arch backdrops can be custom colored too), wicker and rattan peacock chairs and yes, disco balls!
The main color trends for 2024: pastels (mauve/dusty rose, lilac/lavender), light and dark greens (for example, sage and emerald), blues (navy, light blue) and neutrals such as taupe, ivory and tan/beige. And these color trends for 2024 sound delightful! Colors can play a significant role in creating the right atmosphere for a wedding. Greens like sage and emerald can bring a sense of natural elegance, while blues, especially navy and light blue, evoke a serene and dreamy ambiance. The neutrals are an absolutely timeless palette. They also provide a versatile backdrop for other colors and decor. To create unforgettable moments we love to incorporate colored candles (tapers, pillars, etc.) and other pops around your space with your accent colors.
The number one trend for 2024: garden party style weddings, our most requested style. Garden party style weddings are such a romantic choice. It's not surprising that they are our most requested style, given their timeless charm and with the natural beauty of northern Michigan.
