We met Krystal and Nolan at the Wedding Expo at @castlefarms in 2019. They initially chatted with @djpmo, our longest tenured DJ from our entertainment division @aplusentertains We immediately began discussing an in-person meet at the showroom to talk about what they were looking for in entertainment. At that time, they did not even know #HeartWeddingDecor existed! But of course, I set out to change that.
Krystal and Nolan are both registered nurses (*high five* to our frontline healthcare providers!) and their schedules were a bit "crazy" as Krystal put it. We were using Zoom well before this, so suggested we try Zoom for that first meeting and have an in-person meet at a later time.
And then pandemic.
Most of the planning for their wedding became exchanged emails with Krystal and Nolan having a clear idea of the feel and look for their big day: navy blue and dusty rose (mauve).
With their palette and the romantic elegance they were looking for, I set out to create it.
For the ultimate "WOW" factor on this warm November day, our circle arch that had been wrapped with beautiful floral from @thymehilldesigns, took center stage for their courtyard ceremony. Even better? Castle staff moved the creation to behind their sweetheart table! The sweetheart had our chiffon table drape, gold modern taper candle holders and cute "Mr and Mrs" sign. More floral then completed the look!
For the tables, they had our gold beaded charger plates and blue linens and gold Chiavari chairs.
Also scattered about the space were our uplights, glass cylinder vases with real flame candles and some gold mercury glass votive candles. These elements absolutely transformed their garden room at the Castle!
We created romance and elegance for Krystal and Nolan, and it was our honor to do so.
